his warm and sunny apartment is located on the 5th floor in a security-coded elevator-equipped building. It is large and full of light and has been featured in various French decorator magazines, most prominently in Le Figaro. The large living room which has three windows that open onto the balcony is comfortable and homey with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. The unique dining room is pleasant and filled with light. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the master bedroom has a large bathtub and toilet and the guest bedroom has a shower and toilet. Both have queen sized beds, the guest bedroom actually has two single beds pushed together, but it could also be an apartment for those that prefer their own bed.

The apartment is located on the right bank right in the 16th arrondissement, bordering the 8th arrondissement in an quiet, upscale neighborhood. Once you walk out your door and take a 3-4 minute walk, you will have a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower which is just across the Seine. There are cafés near by, and the famous bistro Les Marches de Palais is just a short walk away. The famous open market on avenue President Wilson is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Two blocks away is a market and boulangerie if you need to have your daily dose of croissant and baguette. There are several museums within walking distance, not to mention the Trocadero which has one of the most famous views of the Eiffel Tower. It doesn’t get much better than this…
