General Conditions:

PARIS SLEEPS agrees to supply a furnished apartment in central Paris for the number of days indicated on participants reservation form in exchange for payment in US dollars.  PARIS SLEEPS also agrees to:

• Long distance calls may be received but cannot be made from the apartment unless you use an AT&T, MCI, or Sprint calling card.
• Check-in time is 12 noon however we can usually accommodate early arrivals. Check-out time is 9 AM when we have another party coming into the apartment that you will be vacating. If no one is arriving that day for your apartment, check-out is 12 noon. (Most flights leave Paris for the US in the morning so you will most likely want to leave for the airport by 9 AM or earlier)
• All apartments have an equipped kitchen and a bath with tub and/or shower and clock-radio, color TV, iron, coffee maker, hair dryer, and assorted guidebooks.
• Pets: Permission must be obtained from Paris Sleeps if you wish to bring a pet. A security deposit will then be required. The amount will depend on the type of animal, length of stay, and the apartment.
• Paris Sleeps reserves the right to substitute an equally priced apartment or an upgrade apartment, at no additional charge, should the reserved apartment not be available.

Cancellations:

Full refund less $100 if notified in writing or fax at least 45 days prior to arrival. If less than 45 days, there is a full refund if a substitute is found either by you or us. If no substitute is found, 50% of the total amount paid is refunded to the participant. THERE IS NO REFUND IF A CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED IN WRITING WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ARRIVAL. PARIS SLEEPS is responsible for arranging and providing all services as outlined herein. We do not own or operate the transportation system or apartments and therefore, participants agree to hold PARIS SLEEPS harmless for all incidents beyond their control, including but not limited to : acts of God, terrorist activity, delays and cancellations, strikes, power failures, accidents, injuries, and losses which may occur during Participant's stay in a PARIS SLEEPS apartment. PARIS SLEEPS may cancel any reservation at any time, in which case, liability is limited to a full refund within 14 days.
